Executive Certification Programmes for Customer Experience Professionals

Our mission is to make you successful by
EMPOWERING EXPERIENCE LEADERS
Over 1,000 managers have come through our programmes in the German speaking countries. The CCO Programme is where we now open that practice to an international cohort.

CX-Heroes exists because most customer experience work fails at the same point: it depends on one determined person, and when that person runs out of energy or moves on, it stops. So we do not teach customer experience as a subject. We teach it as something an organisation can be built to do — with the strategy, the operating model, the measurement logic and the leadership behaviour that make it hold without you pushing. Everything we run is led by practitioners who have done the job, not by trainers who have read about it.
Participants have come from organisations including:

Four things we will not pretend otherwise about
When CX results disappoint, the instinct is to blame the data or the analysis. It is almost never that. It is the methodology underneath: what was measured, how it was framed, and what question it was ever meant to answer.
Tracking a number is not the same as understanding what drives it, and a rising score is not proof that revenue follows. If you cannot show how a customer's experience travels through your organisation and where it breaks, no metric will save you.
Reorganisations do not remove silos. The realistic goal is permeable walls: teams that know what the next team needs from them. Systems can enable that. Only a shift in thinking actually delivers it.
Colleagues are not refusing to own the customer experience. Most genuinely do not know they are part of it. Telling them does not work. Letting them experience it does — and once they have seen it, they cannot unsee it.

Our first English programme is open now. More are coming.

Founder of CX-Heroes
Annika Björck has spent twenty years building customer experience inside organisations — first as a CX leader carrying the responsibility herself, then as a consultant and coach. She has implemented CX in over 100 companies or taken it to the next level of maturity. She was the first university lecturer for Customer Experience Management in the german speaking region, and has been teaching executives at MBA level since 2011. She also works as an expert at Impact Hubs, helping start-ups build customer-centric structures from the beginning. She knows where CX management goes wrong, because she has walked into most of those walls herself.
"Like a mountain guide, we provide the knowledge, the experience and the tools to master the next stage. But you climb the mountain yourself, so the success is yours."
Several of the leaders she has coached have since moved into C-level roles, up to CEO.
Organisations pass through three phases on the way to customer centricity.
Each one brings different challenges, and each one raises what is demanded of the person leading CX.
You want to introduce customer centricity, but other topics always seem more important.
Budgets go to initiatives that barely help the customer.
You talk yourself hoarse explaining CX. Projects that cut costs or improve processes get priority.
Numbers run your company.
You lead a CX team or work in one. You get pulled into projects, and management has expectations of you.
The problem: you would need more resources and you don't get them, and you are afraid management will eventually replace CX with the next topic.
Recognise yourself in one of these? That is where we come in.
"With the courses and coaching sessions from CX-Heroes, I am not only deepening my CX knowledge, I am also gaining clarity on how to approach the work. My approach has become more structured, and Annika is able to use real examples from practice to show me what I need to watch out for at each individual step. In such a broad field, that is enormously helpful."
Silvia Heinz
Co-Head CX & UX at Basler Kantonalbank, a Swiss Bank in Basel
"The course doesn't contain abstract theory, but methods I want to and will put into concrete use. What I particularly liked was being able to experience so much of it firsthand — that had more impact on me than any slide ever could."
Karin Saal
Head of Customer Management at Deutsche Giganetz, a large german fiber network operator
"I feel thoroughly equipped to succeed in CX Management, and I know that CX-Heroes will always be there to listen, whenever I need them."
Gianna Laurisch
Senior CRM & Loyalty Expert at H-Reward International, a major Hotel-Group
