Version 12 October 2026
For all courses, programmes, coachings and memberships booked through the CX-Heroes Campus (en-campus.cx-heroes.com and campus.cx-heroes.com). Prices and specifics live on the course or membership page, so Part A stays the same when prices change.
Part A — Campus Terms and Conditions
We want you to know exactly what to expect from us, and what we ask of you. So we wrote these terms in plain language. If anything is unclear, write to us at campus@cx-heroes.com.
1. Who we are and how these terms work
1.1 The CX-Heroes Campus is run by bjc global consulting ltd, Adonis Street 13, 8560 Pegeia, Cyprus, registration number HE 416013, VAT number CY10416013C (“CX-Heroes”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 These terms apply when you use our Campus websites (en-campus.cx-heroes.com and campus.cx-heroes.com) and to all courses, programmes, coachings and memberships you book there or directly with us (together, “courses”).
1.3 They apply to you as a participant (“you”). If your employer or another company pays for your course, they also apply to that company (“your company”), which accepts them when it places or pays for the booking.
1.4 Some programmes have their own programme terms, which add details such as dates, prices and what is included (Part B for the Chief Customer Officer / Head CX Executive Programme). Memberships are covered in section 11. For all other courses, these details are on the course page. Where programme terms differ from these terms, the programme terms apply.
1.5 You accept these terms when you register. The version in force on the day you register applies.
2. Registration and your place
2.1 You register on the Campus or in writing. For courses paid by invoice, we then send you the invoice.
2.2 Your place is secured, and our contract starts, when we receive your payment — the full price, or the first instalment if you pay in instalments. We confirm this in writing.
3. Prices and payment
3.1 Prices are shown on the course or membership page or in the programme terms, in euros. Our contracting company is in Cyprus and invoices from there. We add VAT where the applicable tax rules require it — this depends on the type of course, on whether you buy as a business or a private person, and on where you are based. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number are normally invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
3.2 You can pay by card (through our payment provider) or, on request, by bank transfer against an invoice. Payment is due by the deadline on the invoice. Where we offer instalments, the programme terms or invoice show the due dates; paying in instalments may cost slightly more, and where it does we show both amounts clearly.
3.3 On request, we invoice your company directly. Your company is then responsible for payment.
3.4 If an instalment is not paid within 14 days of its due date, we may pause your access to sessions and materials until it is paid. We remind you before we do this.
4. If your plans change — cancellation and withdrawal
4.1 Work and life sometimes change. Please send any cancellation by email to campus@cx-heroes.com. Two different sets of rules can apply: your statutory right of withdrawal (4.2), which applies only to private individuals, and our cancellation rules (4.3–4.4), which apply to everyone.
4.2 Your statutory right of withdrawal (private individuals only). If you book as a private person (a consumer), you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, without giving a reason. The period starts when the contract is concluded. Tell us in a clear statement (an email is fine); you may use the model form in the Annex. If you withdraw in time, we refund everything you have paid, in full and with no administration fee, within 14 days.
• If you expressly ask us to begin your course during those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to what we have provided until you tell us, calculated on the total course price. For example, if you have attended 2 of 20 sessions, you pay 10% of the price.
• For self-paced (recorded) courses, if you ask for immediate access and agree that your right of withdrawal ends once access is granted, we give you access straight away and the 14-day right no longer applies.
4.3 Our cancellation rules (all participants), for courses with a fixed start date. Outside and after any statutory withdrawal period:
• Before the course starts: we refund what you have paid, minus an administration fee of 10% of the course price.
• After the course starts: there is no refund, and all instalments remain due. We reserved your place and, once a cohort has started, cannot give it to someone else — so we plan and cost on the basis of your booking.
4.4 Self-paced (recorded) courses. After any statutory withdrawal period (4.2), and once we have given you access, there is no refund, because the course has been delivered to you in full.
4.5 Your access to sessions, recordings and materials ends on the day we receive your cancellation.
4.6 Exceptional circumstances. If you cannot continue for a serious personal reason, such as serious illness, contact us. We may agree an individual solution — for example a pause or a transfer to a later cohort — at our discretion. This is a goodwill option, not an entitlement, and it does not change the rules above.
5. Changes and cancellation by us
5.1 We plan carefully, but sometimes things change. We may move a session, change the order of topics or replace a lecturer for a good reason, for example illness. The content and scope of your course stay the same, and we tell you as early as possible.
5.2 If a session cannot take place, we reschedule it or offer a replacement session.
5.3 If circumstances outside our control prevent an on-site event, it takes place online. Examples are travel restrictions, political events, natural disasters or pandemics. The price stays the same.
5.4 If we have to cancel a course, we refund all payments in full.
5.5 Beyond the refunds in this section, we cannot cover further costs, such as travel you have already booked. Section 14 on liability still applies.
6. Live sessions and recordings
6.1 Where we record live sessions, you can watch them again or catch up on a session you missed. Who can see a recording depends on the session: recordings of course and programme sessions are available to the participants of that course or cohort; recordings of community coaching sessions are available to members. The programme or membership terms say how long recordings stay available.
6.2 Recordings are for the personal use of the participants and members who have access to them. We do not publish them. Please do not download, share or publish them.
6.3 We may use short excerpts of recordings in our toolkits and online courses. If you can be recognised in an excerpt (by your image, voice or name), we use it only with your consent; otherwise we cut you out or make you unrecognisable. We publish recordings or excerpts publicly only with the consent of the people who can be recognised in them.
6.4 To protect everyone in the group, participants may not record sessions themselves or use AI note-taking tools in them. We ourselves record sessions and may create transcripts and summaries of sessions and coachings, also with AI-supported tools, to deliver the course and prepare materials (see our privacy policy).
6.5 You are welcome to join sessions with your camera off.
6.6 Missed sessions are not repeated, and there is no refund for them.
7. Materials and your work
7.1 Our toolkits, templates, frameworks, slides and recordings remain the property of CX-Heroes or of the lecturer who created them.
7.2 You may use our toolkits and templates within your own organisation, also after your course ends. That is what they are made for.
7.3 Any other use needs a separate written licence agreement with us. This includes using the materials with clients, training or advising others, passing the materials on, and any other commercial use.
7.4 The work you create for your own organisation during a course belongs to you or your organisation.
8. Confidentiality and a respectful group
8.1 Our groups work because people speak openly about their organisations. Everything other participants share stays in the group. You may use what you learn, but not who said it or which organisation it concerns.
8.2 We treat everything you share about your organisation as confidential.
8.3 We ask everyone to treat each other with respect. If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks the rules in this section, we may end their participation. In that case we refund the part of the price for course sessions not yet delivered; we keep the part for what has already been delivered.
9. Coaching sessions
9.1 You book coaching sessions through the Campus. The programme terms say until when sessions can be used. Sessions not used by then expire.
9.2 You can cancel or move a booked 1:1 session at short notice once, without consequences. After that, please cancel or move at least 24 hours before the session. Otherwise it counts as used.
9.3 A session you miss without cancelling counts as used.
10. Certificates
10.1 Where a course leads to a certificate, you receive it when: you have submitted your assessed work by the deadline for each assignment; your work has been assessed as successfully completed; and the course price has been paid in full.
10.2 If a piece of work does not yet meet the requirements, you can submit one correction within the period set by the lecturer.
10.3 We issue a certificate only when these requirements are met. That is what gives it its value.
11. Memberships
11.1 A membership gives you access to the Campus member area (selected courses), the community coaching sessions and the community area, as described on the membership page. Recordings of community coaching sessions are available to members for as long as their membership runs.
11.2 You pay in advance for a fixed period. Unless the page says otherwise, the membership renews automatically for the same period. We remind you before it renews.
11.3 You can cancel before the next renewal; the membership page says how and by when. When a membership ends, your access to member content ends, unless we say a particular item stays available.
11.4 If we change what a membership includes and the change is significant and to your disadvantage, we tell you in advance and you may cancel.
11.5 For private members in Germany, you can cancel easily online, and an automatic renewal runs only for the period German law allows.
12. Retreats and in-person events
General terms for any Campus retreat, now and in future. Dates and location are on the course page or programme terms.
12.1 Some programmes include a retreat or in-person event. You can usually join on site or online.
12.2 Travel, accommodation and meals are not included in the price. You or your company book and pay for them directly with the providers.
12.3 Where we arrange a group rate with a hotel, we simply share the booking details; you book and pay the hotel directly, and your contract is with the hotel.
12.4 We are a training provider, not a travel organiser. We are not responsible for flights, hotels or other travel services. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance and choose flexible bookings, so you are covered if your plans, or ours, have to change.
12.5 If we organise group activities or dinners, we tell you in advance what they cost, if anything.
12.6 If a retreat cannot take place on site for reasons outside our control, it takes place online (section 5.3). Please keep this in mind when you book travel.
13. Your data and references
13.1 We process your personal data to run your course, including session recordings. Our privacy policy explains how. Our cookie policy explains which cookies our websites use.
13.2 We may name your company, or the organisation you represent, in our client and reference lists, on our websites and in our materials, as an organisation we have worked with or whose people have taken part in CX-Heroes courses or coaching. This applies during and after our work together.
13.3 We may also show your company logo as part of such a reference. If your company would rather we did not, just tell us and we will not use the logo. We use an individual’s name, quote or photo only with that person’s explicit written consent.
13.4 You or your company can ask us at any time to stop naming you, or to remove your logo. Just write to campus@cx-heroes.com.
14. Liability
14.1 We deliver every course with professional care. Results in your organisation depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific results.
14.2 You decide what to put into practice in your organisation, and you are responsible for those decisions.
14.3 Our liability is limited to the price paid for the course concerned. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, to liability caused by intent or gross negligence, or to any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
14.4 We use third-party tools such as Zenler, Zoom, Google Meet, Miro and Notion. We are not liable for outages of these tools. If a session is affected, section 5.2 applies.
15. Your Campus account and our websites
15.1 Your Campus account is personal. Please keep your login details to yourself and do not share your access. Each participant needs their own place.
15.2 We take care that the content on our websites is correct and up to date. It is general information, not advice for your specific situation.
15.3 Our websites may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content.
15.4 If someone misuses an account or our materials, for example by sharing access, we may suspend or end that access. Where we end access for misuse, section 8.3 applies to any refund.
16. Final provisions
16.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Paphos, Cyprus, have jurisdiction. If you book as a private person, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, and you can also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
16.2 If one provision is invalid, all others remain valid.
16.3 We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you registered applies.
16.4 These terms exist in English and German. For the English Campus the English version applies; for the German Campus the German version applies.

Part B — Programme Terms: Chief Customer Officer / Head CX Executive Programme
These terms add to Part A. Where they differ, these programme terms apply.
1. What the Programme includes. The Chief Customer Officer / Head CX Executive Programme (“the Programme”) starts on Thursday, 18 March 2027. It includes: live online cohort sessions on Thursdays, 17:00–19:30 Zurich time, generally every two weeks, on the dates published on the Campus; six monthly cohort coaching sessions; two individual 1:1 coaching sessions; toolkits, templates and a personal Miro board; the Executive Strategy Retreat (Module 6) in Cyprus, on site or online; the certificate, once the requirements in Part A, section 10 are met. Lectures are in English. We publish all session dates before the Programme starts. Registration is open until 14 days before the start date.
2. Price and payment. The Programme costs € 9'700.- plus VAT where applicable. You can pay in full (€ 9'700.-), or in three instalments of € 3'250.- (total € 9'750.-, i.e. € 50.- more for paying in instalments): the first by the deadline on the invoice, the second two months later, the third two months after that. Your place is secured when we receive the full price or the first instalment (Part A, 2.2).
3. If your plans change. Before the Programme starts (and after any statutory withdrawal period): we refund what you have paid, minus the 10% administration fee (Part A, 4.3). From the start on Thursday, 18 March 2027: there is no refund, and all instalments remain due.
4. Recordings. All live sessions are recorded and stay available to participants of this cohort for as long as CX-Heroes operates the Campus. Part A, section 6.3 applies to excerpts.
5. Coaching sessions. You can use your two 1:1 coaching sessions from the day your place is secured until 31 March 2028.
6. The Executive Strategy Retreat. The retreat takes place from Monday, 8 November to Wednesday, 10 November 2027 in Cyprus (exact location published on the course page). We recommend arriving on Sunday, 7 November. On site or online. The general retreat terms in Part A, section 12 apply.
7. Certificate. Participants who meet the requirements receive the certificate “Certified Chief Customer Officer / Head of CX (by CX-Heroes Campus)”. We hand it over at the retreat; if you meet the requirements later, we send it afterwards.
Annex — Right of withdrawal (for private individuals)
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, send your communication before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise; you will not pay any fees for this reimbursement. If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what was provided until you informed us, calculated on the total price.
